This spacious property was originally built as the ski rec house for the Conquistador ski area in the 80s! Now wonderfully and lovingly, remodeled features for upscale multi room suites, each with its individual patio area, fire pit, and grill. Enjoy quiet nights under the dark skies with the lush aspen trees filling the property. Perfect for individuals, couples, or groups wanting to be in town, away from Main Street activity, but still very walkable.
Aspen breezes suite
Gorgeous Colorado decor in a three room suite with Aspen king bedroom set, handmade tables and original photography. Extra sleep space with a memory foam pullout. For ease of cooking during longer stays a kitchenette with counter top oven, coffee maker, microwave, and frig. Fire pit and grill under the aspen grove.
Starry NIghts suite
A truly luxurious feel in this spacious three room suite. Relax in the private patio area with fire pit and grill under the full sized aspens, soak in the large tub to melt your cares away, or just sleep in, enjoying the lavish bed

The Modern Retro Bunkhouse
Decorative fun with vintage items from the 60’s and 70’s, and an extra large patio with fire pit and grill. For family or an intimate group of friends, the bunkhouse with its custom made king/queen bunk and couch pull out offers plenty of space. Double designed bathroom offers two showers, two toilets, and two sinks.

Filled with windows and sunshine! The French doors open onto your own private deck with fire pit and grill. Kitchenette area for easy meal preparation and a comfortable large couch and sitting area.
